Another free instrumental by anonymous producer mesostic. At a slow tempo, and with dissonant synthy chords, this is the perfect track for a hardline rapper to spit out some lines to. Or maybe it would make a great quirky soundtrack to your next homespun film project. The song was written in Ableton Live using Ableton core instruments and the U-He Diva soft synth on the lead line. Sounds of my pillow being thrown on the ground. Recorded with a zoom h4n portable recorder, edited in audacity to cut out the undesired bits. Parts of this could be used as the sound of someone/something falling hard (in a fighting game maybe?).

Channeling the /dev/sda1 hard drive partition into a file. At last i've imported the raw file properly as the 8-bit unsigned linear pcm. This is 8bit mono 44100 hz windows wave. Lots of strange digital sounds. Quite useful for noise and experimental musicians. Interesting that if we just do cat /dev/sda1 > /dev/dsp we hear different sound more like modem 56k. This is a synth sound taken from a friend then ran through a frequency distortion with some eq delay. To me this sound sounds like a cyber monster from another galaxy making his existence known here.

Got around to putting a swish noise on my punchy_evolution 2 snare and the result was alright, then i compressed it a little bit and put a little bitcrushing on it to maximize the volume.
